We all experience difficulties at certain times in our lives. It can take a lot of courage to ask for support when we are feeling down, anxious, or when facing a crisis. Finding the right therapist is not easy, but I believe that looking for one is already a step forward.
I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and confidential space away from everyday life to explore and untangle your thoughts and feelings. We will work together in an open-minded way at your own pace to grow, heal, and find a way forward.
AM I THE RIGHT THERAPIST FOR YOU?
Get in touch and we can find out together. We can have a 15-minute call to discuss what you are looking for and think about your next steps, whether you decide to work with me or not. When you feel ready, we can schedule an initial consultation to see what it is like to work together.
I offer weekly 60-minute sessions. Ideally, these would be open-ended to allow you as much space as you need. However, we can also agree on a limited amount of sessions.
Sessions are charged at £70 a session, but I also keep a few lower-priced places for those who have difficulty affording therapy.
I have trained for six years at The Minster Centre, a leading psychotherapy training institute in the United Kingdom. This training meets the highest academic and professional standards and is validated by the main professional bodies in the country, the UKCP and BACP.
I have also been with Raphael - The Jewish Counselling Service since 2017.
